Still can't log on.....weird.

I can log on. It still showing on my account surprised no email been sent out cancelling order yet Thought might get one at the end of the working day when did not receive email this morning.

Still can't log on. I just get a message saying my details haven't been recognised. I did send them a quick email asking why I can't log on....no response. Maybe tme for another.

I can log on and it's showing in my order history, but under status it just says 'None'.

Has anyone heard anything about their orders? I've just checked and it is showing in my order history but nothing else.. have emailed them, will let you know if they reply.

Same here.... Can access account Status none
They took the "mistake" of their system first thing monday morning. So suprised they have not sent us all an email cancelling orders unless they are going to honour them????(which I think is unlikely)
Hope they don't leave us in limbo as I am dying to Know one way or the other as to whether we got a Bargain!

Had no responses to any emails...still can't get to my account. Its as if they've erased me.

just heard from others that they seem to be honoring the orders as they placed theirs a week agao and some are starting to receive their orders... holding thumbs still

Do you if the orders received up to now are for schools or private orders,,,I told a porky tht I was a childminder when I registered (well I am to my georgous granddaughter)
