The op advised that she had read other threads and also that her friend had received the kitchen.
Jolenyule, when you are next posting, can you provide us with a link to the other forums you refer to.

I am still waiting for a reply to my email which I sent them on the 14th. I'm a bit annoyed, as I want to cancel this order now and they still have my credit card details!!!0

I have just phoned sbs now - everyone should be receiving an email shortly saying that the cooker was a misprice and that they have had do discontinue the item - it should have been £79.99. So we won't be receiving them. Well annoyed now - shame they couldn't have let everyone now earlier.:mad:0

I agree it is a shame, but these things happen. It was pretty obvious it was a misprice and these things usually involve a large amount of luck. The longer things go on the greater the chance of an email rather than a delivery.
They've done the sensible thing for their business. They've kept their usual customer base happy by supplying a few and have let down the rest of us 'carpet baggers'. Another one to chalk down as a failure.
Sometimes they need more time to have a word with various people to see if it is at all possible. Hence the time it took for them to work things out.
Next please.Baby Year 1: Oh dear...on the move
