    Frames 1 you are comparing apples and oranges. Egg 6.3% was an account where you could add or remove money at any time. The other account is a bond where your money is tied up.

    I'm glad you mentioned this as I was going to open a Tesco account but certainly won't be now if you need to use a card and reader. I already have to use two for Nationwide and Barclays (and yes the readers are interchangeable for these two) which means having more PIN numbers to remember that I wouldn't ordinarily use :mad:
