I`ve just received a strange e`mail from the Abbey!!

    Been getting them from Abbey, Halifax, Lloyds daily.... grrrrrr
  • Spam/phishing mails
    They are sent from overseas, thats why it takes so long to trace them. Go onto the banks website (the correct one) that is supposedly sending you them and find out what address you forward them on to, It will be something like phishing@ natwest or whatever. Just keep forwarding them on to that address. I used to get loads, I kept putting in the subject space "more spam for you to trace!" after a while it all stopped.:j Good Luck!

    You're better sending them on to the dedicated APACS site :-

    ...... saves looking up the different addresses all the Banks use in order to assist customers!
    If you want to test the depth of the water .........don't use both feet !
