i have never denied receiving the phone, all my posts correlate. my greivance was and still is the way in which i was told prior to ordering the phone was in stock, i ordered, received no confirmation email, ended up phoning c/s umpteen times, every time i was given a differing answer, the last one being sorry, theres none left and there will be no more ever-even when the phone was still on their website a week after i ordered. i was not prepared to accept this esp as i had been charged from the moment i ordered it. i emailed higher powers at 02 and got the phone the next day, (the day before it was taken off the website) they were extremely helpful and i am grateful to them, but i shouldnt have to have done that if customer services had have been helpful and informed in the first place, and that goes for the website as well.Fr. Stack: While you were out, I got the keys to your car. And drove it into a big wall. And if you don't like it, tough. I've had my fun, and that's all that matters.0

I also ordered a phone on the o2 student web site last tues 29th nov and my order didnt arrive, no email or anything......I rang this morning after sitting in for a week to be told my order had been cancelled???????
I already have an o2 account myself this was was for my daughter...a student.
I re -ordered again today using the same card and bank details but i got a GM order ref this time...so will ring them tomorrow to check it has been processed.what is happening with o2....?????? why is this happening has anyone been given an explanation???0 -
I must say I was impressed with the speed that O2 completed my offer. I ordered mine on Thursday 24 November and it arrived on Monday the 28 November via DHL all the way to Bangor, Northern Ireland.
This is not just idle praise for O2 as previously I did not think very highly of them.

you are lucky they cancelled my order....they said it was my credit rating but i dont owe a single penny not even an unpaid bill....they said they use EQUIFAX....how can i check my credit rating with them and check my file.....and how much does it cost....?0

I had a cancelled order and had a few differant excuses, first it was cancelled before credit check then i was told it was cancelled because my credit card had been used too many times then i got told i had reached me order limit
:mad: i was given 08456001772 to call and see, as that was the credit department, all these excuses came from 1 call. I have given up and changed my mind about taking a contract out with them if they cant give a straight answer. The more i save the more i can spend:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:0 -
My sister ordered one for my nephew for Christmas and it came through no problems.

Ive had 2 phones sent to me from the o2 student site recently, one was delivered on wed and one delivered today and both were ordered each time the day before.
Top class online service from o2.0
