Anyone Not Received Their Order from 02 Yet?

I would ring them. I had a LOT of hassle getting my last phone from them. they use DHL to deliver the phones and they just didnt bother coming to my house (i sat in for 2 whole days waiting for it). I rang o2, they told me to ring DHL and they said it was sitting in their offices 4 miles away and they werent going to try and deliver it again. swine!:santa2:0

I havent even received a confirmation email from them.

I got an e-mail from them today saying my card wasn't authorised. Checked my bank balance and wow! I've got 8 times what my order was in there!
Useless. My flatmate wants a Nokia on O2 and now i'm gonna have to go elsewhere and spend more.

did you put the card issue number in when you ordered?. i also had great problems ordering, after told i would not get the phone, no email nothing, i got it about a week after i ordered it. anybody needing help with this pm me i may (not for certain though!) be able to help.Fr. Just off the phone to 02 and they cancelled my order :mad: without even telling me, they told me my card was used too many times and was rejected, so i called back to reorder and using a second card and again the order was not able to be put through, so now i either have to give up and pay full price IF they accept any of my cards or get someone else to put it on there card - at this time of year i wouldnt ask anyone.The more i save the more i can spend:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:0

I didn't, said card not authorised, so went back and did the next time.
Took me 4 attempts, and it worked. This morning got an e-mail saying order cancelled because card not authorised

yes you are right redux but people in my situation cannot 'negotiate with the vendor' if they havent recieved a tracking number or confirmation, as i didnt. every time i phoned up customer services i was given a different answer to my questions and told to phone back. its outrageous they expect you to pay for more and more phone calls none of which know what is going on, i mean, youve already paid for the cost of the phone why should you spend more to phone them when its not your mistake?Fr.
