O2 = any good

I've had contracts and PAYG with all the main networks except Orange and 3. Overall, I've found that Virgin and O2 have very good customer service (although nothing's perfect!), while Vodafone have seemed a bit awkward - refusing to supply information and insisting cancellations be put in writing, for example, while T-Mobile have absolutely appalling customer service!
Hope this helps...0 -
In the last twelve years or so I have been with all the networks. They are just like banks, in as much as they all offer the lowest comon denominator in terms of customer service, whilst promising the earth to get the business. IMHO I always found orange to be the best, but because of credit problems they won't now put me on contract. I am with 02, and they are not so bad. The only downside is there is no way of checking how many minutes you have left outstanding on an inclusive tarif, either on the phone or via the web. A benefit of 02 is they have a UK based customer service centre, need I say anything about 3!

You can check your usage by calling CS on 100 and asking them and also on the web too, although this information may be up to 24-36 hours behind. Whenyou logg into your account on the web it shows your current unbilled itemised calls and usage info.inmypocketnottheirs wrote:The only downside is there is no way of checking how many minutes you have left outstanding on an inclusive tarif, either on the phone or via the web.
