sooolin ... you must go in the dark cupboard! I did mine and was very pleased with the outcome!

Flaming Ebayers!!! A buyer in Germany won 7 items from me spread out over about 2 weeks, sent invoice after the last auction finished, about 5 days later the invoice was ungrouped (must have been by the buyer). I sent another one with combined P&P, still no payment so e-mailed and got a reply back after about 3 days saying they had moved and would pay as soon as they could. Just checked their feedback and they have paid for other items won since winning mine. It's been about 14 days since the last auction was won. I just e-mailed back thanking them for replying and that I don't mind waiting a couple more days but that I noticed that they had paid for other items won since winning mine and that if they don't want the items to let me know so I can relist them.
Am so fed up because if I start a dispute and they take offence they could leave me 7 negative feedbacks so am waiting until Thursday evening and then will file claims for each one.
It's taking the P*** now! Total items cost £15.00 plus P&P of £6 and could do with the money ASAP.

InaPickle - sorry can't offer any solid advice but best of luck with it. I've always found in the past that honesty is the best route, people are very understanding if you're upfront with them.
My second chance offer has paid off :j The second highest bidder accepted and has paid up already! Yay!Pround to be dealing with my debts! DFW Nerd # 1201

I'm pretty certain that only one negative rating will be registered even if they leave 7 comments, just like when one person leaves a couple of positive feedbacks it only counts as one.

I had a good October, but slow so far this month. Also I've had one complaint about damage by the courier. I've refused to take responsibility, but have offered to source a replacement part, as long as buyer gives me details so I can claim compensation. They agreed but haven't sent me details - what to do, claim without full details or wait and if they chase the parts say where's the details of the damage?
Also sold a coat I had only worn once, said as much in the listing, now the buyer says its got holes in it - well not ones I saw! I've offered a refund, but their tone was really iffy - practically accused me of doctoring my photos - as if I could be so clever! Sometimes I wonder if its all worth it. 99p sales are the only ones people feel happy with, but knowing how much I spent on things, I can't bear to sell everything for such low prices. Just noticed this on ebay - free listing day this sunday!
We’re pleased to announce that this Sunday 15 November, private sellers who list item(s) at any starting price in an eligible category using the auction format on eBay.co.uk and eBay.ie, will not pay an insertion fee*.
We are coming close to the busiest online shopping period of the year so now is the perfect time to get selling and earn some extra money to buy your Christmas gifts this year.
Lets get listing folks!

Ooh how exciting...hope that is for all private sellers?
Just received some wierd feedback "..." yep that's it so went and checked feedback left for others and they all have the same apart from two where she has given positives for a broken teapot and a missing arm. Despite having 136 feedback, I don't think she's got the hang of eBay yet :rotfl:

I have just sorted out 8 boxes of stuff which I should really sell now to make the most of it. I have tomorrow to do it but it usually takes me the whole day to just take photos and I have to go to the hospital at 1:30pm. Glad for your good news. As for my predicament, you were right about the honesty: I sent an incredibly apologetic e-mail to the guy and he was really not bothered about it at all. Once again he said so long as it gets there, he's happy.
I'm so tempted to post him a Christmas pud by way of thanks for his understanding but, embarrasingly, it would probably get there before the game!
(Thanks for your advice as well, Soolin!)

I break down my boxes into manageable amounts, normally 10 items, take the piccies for those items and then write up the listings. Repeat the exercise (umm, well that's normally the plan ) If you are running out of time, take as many piccies as you can as you can then do the descriptions in the evenings.
Hope I can put my own advice into practice!
