  • Jacki981, I did sell 50 vinly lps as a bulk lot and listed as collection only, trouble was the buyer was from Northern Ireland and wanted them posted free, so sale fell through. Did have 9 watchers though.

Mans been to collect all my rubbish, sorry collectables so I have a lot more space now thank goodness.
  • Hi. I have a set of 7 large Dwarfs (from Snow White), they are selling in the Disney Store for about £14.99 each, wondering whether I should list them or not and how much I should ask for them. They are slightly different to the ones in the Disney Store now as I bought them about 5 years ago, they are new, still in box and never been played with. I'd rather have the money than have them sitting around but wondered if I should post or do Collection Only.

I've sold quite a few of my records on Amazon. Not had any luck on Ebay at all with them. Alternatively you could flog them to a local dealer/record shop owner but you wouldn't get the value for them as they would have to make a good margin on top of the price when they sell them on

I shall be listing some bits tonight somewhere, not sure whether that will be Ebay or Amazon & Play
Not been here in years! Hi everyone. Make £10 a day challenge = £78.45/155

    Evening all

I haven't been listing for a few days because I've been rummaging around for stuff to list. I've now got a load of stuff, including lots of cute cuddly toys, but I'm in the process of washing all of these so they're fit to sell, piles of books, and some board games.

Today I have listed 2 items (wow!) with two more yet to do.

All but one of my items that ended last week sold (which I found amazing, especially the three that sold on eBid). Nothing has moved on Greenmetropolis as yet....

  • TMD - i much prefer to list buy it nows with best offers for 10 days only, but i only do this for a more expensive items now (or if you have lots of them), as it expensive at 40p a time

Although i do find the automatically accept, reject thing seems good at stopping all the silly offers.

Being an big dwarf fan (from snow white), i've often checked the dwarf listings on ebay, but i've never found the whole collections to sell that well considering their original price possibly £20/30. Indvidually they can sell £4/5 each, but it's hit and miss. However if you have boxes too thats pretty rare so maybe worth a try.

Also do you know all if all of your dwarfs are from the same collection? When they were bought for me years ago i ended up with 6 from the original collection (which are better in my opionion) and the last one i ended up getting came from a slightly newer collection - bashful and had a glittery coat so i had to track down an original on ebay. Now the coats seem to be brighter and brighter and i don't like them so much, and they've changed dopey's coat to BLUE :eek:
What's all that about Dopey has always had a green jacket!!!
