  • Well done mrscmr - hope the money is rolling in. I like listing on Mondays so shall see how many I can do today.

DD1 is at school now, bless, she's in Year One and I had to leave her at the door, I feel quite sad but know she will be OK, will be worse next week when I have to take DD2 to Reception class as she doesn't have a best friend like DD1 had. She will go two weeks of half days in the morning. Will be very strange when they are both full time and it will just be me and DD3 during the day.

Anyway, off to see what Ebay stuff I can find for today.

  • Well Done everybody!!!:j
  • Afternoon All,

Please may I join again? I missed my target of £150 by £72 last month eeek! But still ~ it’s £78 I wouldn’t of had! So I started again on Saturday, sold three bits for £20 all together ~ have lots clothes I want to sell. Put a few on there for 99p, was hoping they would go for a bit more but never mind. Really need to work my bum off this month as I don’t really have many big items to sell.

I’m thinking maybe I don’t put my items on there long enough (Impatient).. Would I sell more if I listed them for longer? .. As a buyer if I want something I always look at the ones finishing sooner so I only ever list them for three days at the most? .. Am I being silly and does listing for longer tend to get more watchers?

Well I have listed 5 items on ebay today and when I get home from I’m going to set up an amazon account and have a peek at Green Met ~ I have lots of books that never seem to sell on ebay.

    Fingers crossed ..

  • I've got 62 items ending today, a few more bids have come in since this morning which is great.

Got one new on ready to upload later and about 38 to be relisted plus have to relist what finishes tonight.

I am loving Ebay at the moment, it is great having things finish every day, I do love this challenge, will dig out some more stuff later. Have quite a few things to wrap up when OH gets in.

    Back later.

There seems to be a lot of buyers round at the moment, Ive got quite a lot of interest now in items that have been listed at cheaper prices before. I'm just listing some busines items at the moment (so I have my sensible hat on ) but once that's done I'm going to find some more [STRIKE]junk[/STRIKE] highly collectable items from the cupboards to list on my private account.

  • Hi Soolin. I am finding that I'm getting more bids on things at the moment, most of them have only been bid up to the start price (between 99p and 4.99) but I'm happy with that. Probably only have one or two new listings today but I have lots to relist.

What do you sell under your Business account? I just closed down my Business Account (was selling children's character clothes) but wasn't selling much as I didn't really have much stock left and can't afford to buy any more at the moment. I'm going to wait until DD3 starts school full time (she's only 16 months at the moment so a few years yet) and then will maybe start up again as I don't really want to go out to work and I've never done the Business side properly as the kids are all young.

I rang up and cancelled my self employed status too so am just concentrating on my Personal stuff.
