Sorry debt obsessed can i ask how old you are? You have done well to pay off 10k, my debt is just a fifth of this and it gets me down! I dont know how you managed to get that much in debt but please dont think im insulting.

  • No offence taken in any shape or form! I'm 30 years old and have been accumulating this debt since I turned 18 when I first got those credit card offers drop on the doormat! After that it was the same old story of consolidating but still spending etc until about 2 years ago when I couldnt stand it anymore, I stupidly went with a fee charging DMP and realised that nothing was really going down, so this month I took back control and all things going well should be debt free by November 2011.

It is daunting but at the end of the day, its money. I still have my health so I don't let it get me down.

  • Good luck with it, i'm finding it quite addictive, I'm sure I'll start selling shoes that I actually wear, i'll end up walking around in socks! :rotfl:

Debt is daunting no matter how much it is, but we can only pay what we can pay so no need to worry too much x

I only relisted 28 yesterday as both my eldest daughters have been ill with temperatures so it hasn't left much time to get stuff uploaded to Turbolister. I'm away Wednesday for a week so have timed everything to finish Sunday/Monday and on Monday night I will relist everything for 10 days so it will finish the day after I come back.

I have 97 on one Personal account, 8 on another personal account and 32 on my Business account.

Well we've still only got 20 things listed and no bids and only a few watches. Hoping it picks up over the weekend. Its not costing to list them, but it is frustrating not seeing them sell.

We've also got a non-paying bidder from the alst lot we sold, its anonying cause its only £1.50 odd, have senta few reminders, but starting non-paying bidder process today.
