Well this week has been a disappointment... only £42 worth of sales

Floxxie I only got£6.20 for a top which was BNWT and I paid £30 for! I put a starting price of £3.99 and had 15 watchers! I'm beginning to think people only want carp!!!

I wish I could get into the mind of eBay bidders! lol :rotfl:

Hi just come across this post, would love to join in and try and list 10 things a day. Going on holiday at the beginning of july and desperatly need spending money. I enjoy listing on ebay but easily get bored so coming back here and reading this forum will encourage me i hope and looking at your totals for this year is very inspiring! Currently got 22 items selling for £12.82. I will aim to have 50 items on by next sunday. thankyou i will check back and let you know how i get on!

I say go for it. I sold some old towels (no holes but getting on) and suggested they could be used to dry off a dog after being washed and they sold for £20 i was shocked lol! So long as you're honest in your listing it shoudl be fine.
about to put a broken dvd player on, will be interesting if it sells.

Broken electrical items often do quite well on Ebay. People buy them either to have a go fixing them and then sell them on or just for the working parts in them. In the past i've sold a broken Ipod and a broken digital camera both sold for £20 upwards. Pretty good considering I was planning on throwing them out!!
