Im going to try and finish listing all the things i had taken pictures of 2 weeks agoi still have 20 to do but am really struggling with it!!!
Will try and list another 5 items in the next hour and see how i get on with that

Thank you purpleroses and sleepless... That's a very clear explanation and helps me a great deal... Especially love the 4 for 2 listing price explanation.
thank you again!Light Bulb Moment 4th January 2009 :eek:Started DMP 1st April 2009 :ADMP mutual support thread member: 267 :j0 -
hi with regards to the amount of times i relist an item i mainly relist it at 99p and keep relisting until it sells.
for higher priced items i try to leave it a week or 2 before i relist and try this maybe 2 or 3 times then if i get really fed up i might just start it at 99p anytime!
i have 23 items to be listed 2nite, just need to take the last few pics - got a few good items to list - a sony portable dvd player bnib - hopeful for £60 or so, plus some PRO V1 gold balls, a sand wedge, and a few oasis dresses bnwt so fingers crossed!!!
plus i got paid a few days early so maybe this is goin to be a really good day for me lol!!!!0 -
Good luck with all those listings credit_crunch im slowly but surely working my way through the 20 items i have photographed to list. Most of them are new underwear sets... i used to think nothing of just getting a new set every time i saw one i liked.... only problem is i didn't think of the cost. I've already sold one for £7 that cost me in excess of £50  now thats not good... most of them were only about £10 but i think i'll be lucky if i sell them for 99p I've started the better ones at £3.00 in the hope someone will look that it as still being a bargain.
I always relist everything... especially now that its free for 99p items.... i always used to relist the items when it was a cheap listing day or free but now its free for 99p there is no stopping me!!!!

Just remember when relisting items that are not at a 99p start that there is no 'free relist' on ebay.
You pay to list on the 1st attempt and then again on the 2nd attempt, if it sells on the 2nd attempt, and only if it sells do you get a relist credit back to your account for the basic listing fees. It it fails to sell twice you lose both sets of listing fees.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Ooh have just found this thread, are you still open to joiners? I'm going to try and list some things tonight...I think aiming for five a night would be realistic as I am a slow lister and not very good photographer!0

ooo i have just come across this thread, sounds like fun.
Im terrible, I love charity shops and car boot sales, but wear the outfits a handful of times before I'm shopping again!! so this is a fab way to get rid of things and clear my debt too!
I dont have a huge amount of debt compared to others, but Im aiming to clear my credit card bill £1600 in 9 months (that’s when the 0% apr runs out!! so £180 a month) I have a mountain of ebay clothes to clear, but didn’t know where to start, but now think I will break it down and do 5 a day. I think I will run them all for 7 days each, so its on over the weekend ( I heard that the most popular time for ebay?)
ooo I cant wait to get home and start!!0 -
