I'm sorry if someone has already asked thisl:

I have several online discount codes that don't expire until June, they were posted on here, but they are not working at the moment, the message says something like "The discount does not work at this time"

Is there a reason for this?

    Thanks

There might be a teschnical problem at this time with the service, try them again in about 2 days as all websites have technical glitches.

For the above post, you contact Boots.com by what methods? If it was by e-mail then please try and ring them that would be more useful.

    Thanks
    Robb

I spent £44 online a few days ago and didn't get the voucher, I don't think it is available online, it certainly makes no mention of it on the site.

Please can you tell me what Boots returns policy is without a receipt as I tried to return 2 games which I had duplicated for birthday presents and was told that I have to buy something of the same value there and then? I had no idea what to get and so left.
    Thanks a lot

They were right - without a receipt they'll only offer an exchange, so it helps if you go in knowing what you want instead. :)

(There's a lot more info about Boots on the Boots thread on Grabbit :D)
