    No.

    You need to either subscribe to the minimum package (1 mix at £17) or pay £10 per month for the recording facility.

    Sky may drop this when the BBC/ITV Freesat branded boxes come out with recording facilities as these will be without cost.

    Don't know why you think it sounds too good to be true, when it is nothing special and nothing to do with Sky that there are around 200 channels on satellite that broadcast Free To Air.

    Yes I know I sound pessimistic Bextech, but usually when I do anything to change my situation - it ends up in a right c**k up! For example changing energy suppliers.....long story! Thanks for your input. :)
