Happy with HSBC - opened a student account with them in 2000 and never left.
They call every two or so months to ask if I'm happy with my accounts, etc ... Last time I said no the interest on my savings account is rubbish so they organised an ISA there and then -- showed on the online banking thing the next day. Also the only bank in the UK I've had where I always get to speak to the same two people when I need help.I also have a Halifax & a Natwest account but don't use them any more.

I'm with Natwest and I'm not very happy with there service, so much so I'm looking to transfer my account. On a brighter note tonight i had a phone call from an automated service to clarify some recent transactions as they thought they might be fraudulent.

Are you one of the 0.004% of Flex Account customers who's actually got a Debit Card?

ShelfStacker - I am really disappointed with my HSBC account blah blah blah. Can you transfer me £1000 from HSBC to my HSBC account? :D

And as for sexually. I demand that all HSBC female staff wear lower tops, push up bras and short skimpy skirts. And are required to have previous experience working in a strip club.

My dislike of Alliance and Leicester is well documented on here :rotfl:

But they put 65 quid in my account today to say sorry for their massive mistakes so I suppose they're ok right now :p till the next mistake that is :rotfl:

Eh, even before I worked for them I was very happy with them. Not much I can say other than that...
