No song today - it stunned you all into silence yesterday...maybe a bit TOO kumbya!:rotfl:

Study day today...yay! Have to go and see personal trainer today at 9am....and have stupidly decided to enter a half marathon...where that idea came from I have no idea. I can only just run 5 miles, but still I love giving myself impossible targets so I can fail! We were told at work the other day that we don't take our targets seriously - now targets are supposed to be achievable - and we set our own targets...I look at my workload and go okay I can do this, this, this and that...what I ALWAYS forget is the interruptions and additional work that gets thrown my way, the phone rings etc and so I don't reach my targets.....so I have decided to reduce my targets:rotfl: how to motivate your staff in one easy lesson!

sorry just a little rant that has been brewing for a while!

Good morning

quick flying visit from me, got to collect a couple of parcels from the post office then to work. 12 week scan at 10.30 and once again I'm really nervous and full of trepidation.

Got loads to do once again but I'm just doing things that are on my to do list (it his 11 pages so I figured it was time to do some work rather than keep adding to it)!

Z - I'm loving the 'administrivia'. Losing that and students would make my job a WHOLE lot easier

It may only be 50% productive but even the admin is chargeable in my industry:eek: - although my productivity target is 80%:eek: .

Mattress is comfy - I was too wired from my run on Tuesday to sleep til midnight so consequently went to bed early last night - once I have had my 8 hours sleep I tend to just wake up.....and get up:rotfl:

In fact I suffer from twitchy leg syndrome (hope people know what I mean) it got horrendous when I was pregnant....and I had the constant need to move my legs...I haven't had it for a while and now its back....

oooh no!!! the other night i had a muscle on the outside of my thigh that felt like something was in there tugging it!!! gahh!!!!!!!!!! kept me awake for hours! no idea how to cure it, other than a rather large baseball bat!!
