Nope, not seeing any of that with my login, I have no icon next to the account when in account list view, and if I go into the account by clicking on the account number, I have no options to change the amount viewed or any print icon.

I'll have another look at home as Im behind a firewall here so its possible its filtering some of that out.

Interestingly, Ive just logged onto my wife's account which we set up recently and that does have all the print options etc. I suspect as Ive had my account a while, and use the old style login, its running on a different server their end which doesnt have the same viewing/printing ability built into the front end software.

So, those that dont see the print options can only take screen grabs.

All worried people should check out the latest article on the UK Gov Treasury website RE Kaupthing. This makes it all much clearer and I am reassuerd. It looks as though ING has definately bought Edge assets but as one person said, you can transfer them out of ING once the dust has settled. At least the UK Gov has acted to safeguard UK savers interests - I may yet rue such praise!

Who did a BACS transfer and money is out of KE and still not showing in CA

I transferred mine out by BACS as well, but since I only did this at 1:00pm today, I wouldn't expect it to show up in my a/c till at least Monday or Tuesday...

link please? Our worry is...we are in the middle. Money taken out of KE but still doesn't show up in our current account.
  • I read with great interest how money being withdrawn from KE is not showing up in/being delayed in transit to the linked account, but my problem is that its not LEAVING my KE account- despite the system confirming the withdrawal, my balance in the KE account remains the same ? I have withdrawn £1000 yesterday (after 2PM so w/e todays date) . As this had not been reflected in my statement/balance mid-morning I then requested a withdrawal of all funds bar £1000 - received the confirmation message but again, my balance was unchanged. Failing to elicit a response from the Secure messaging service, I have made a 3rd attempt to withdraw the FULL balance, bar £1.00 but none of these withdrawals has left my KE account, notwithstanding the Confirmation pop-up I have had for each withdrawal attempt. I imagine this may be due in part to the current glut in the BACS system?
    Anybody else had this issue?

This happened to me a few weeks ago when I tried to make a withdrawal to my linked account. I phoned the next day and did it over the telephone - the lady reported other customers had had similar experiences recently.
