I did a BACS transfer last night and was expecting it to go through today, and it to be in my account in three days but nothing showing. I left £1k in the account too.

so why aren't KE updating their website. Anyone with their heads in the sand (me until Monday morning!!) would think that everything is fine and dandy!!!

Why would it? BACS take a few days.

I too transferred some money to my current account from my KE online saver account. I did this Sunday evening and it is showing as having been transferred yesterday. My balance is now showing as almost nothing. It has not yet arrived in my current account through BACS and I am still optimistic about it gettng there in a day or two.

I had also intended to phone to close the account in case they start charging me for a low balance or something like that. Not sure if they would have, certainly not sure of anything now.

So, please add me to the list of people in waiting, thanks.

Regarding BACS transfers, it is worth remembering that officially it takes 3-4 working days for the funds to clear in the target account, so even people like myself who transferred on Sunday (not a working day), we probably shouldnt expect the money to be there until tomorrow anyway.

well that makes the paperwork I got through yesterday from them totally useless then doesn't. I'm sticking to the Co-op.......

And me. I did a BACS transfer on Monday which is showing as having gone out (though not yet appeared in my bank account), but did another transfer yesterday and one today and neither of these are showing as having left my account.

I did a CHAPS yesterday - and at 5.08pm it is still not there.

Does this mean I've lost it temporarily?
