Manual for BT Voyager 2091 wireless router?

A friend of mine has just got BT broadband with the BT Voyager 2091 wireless router, but no printed manual was included in the package and the CD doesn't seem to contain one. Googling for one online hasn't given me any luck. I am some miles away from the place it's running, and don't want to actually install the CD on my own PC.
Can someone give me an address for the manual in the usual PDF format, please?
Thanks!
John

Are you absolutely sure that you have got the model number correct
See this link for Voyager support.

You don't need to install anything on your PC, just look on the CD using Explorer

Yes, if you look under Technical Support in the drop-down menu, there is no Voyager 2091. There are four other Wireless models, but no 2091.
Check the model number.0 -
Yes, it is the correct number. It is written on the router, too! See Google for a few hits. And BT Broadband too!
Explorer shows there's not a PDF in any directory on the CD! I would show you the directory structure if I could work out how to insert an image...

OK, is there a specific setting or problem, or do you just want a manual to read and refer to in general? I am willing to try and answer any questions - I have a BT Voyager so the configuration is most likely similar.0

There were two main questions:
1) is there any WPA (preferably WPA2) option available? the standard install just does WEP.
2) is there any way of reducing the power of the wireless function? My WiFi finder can detect it very easily from the car-park, and the router is in a third-floor flat, behind two walls!
It would be fascinating reading if I could find the manual in PDF form...
Thanks

I would think it is unlikely you can reduce the power of the wireless signal, but if the router has an 802.11g speed rate, try increasing to that and try again. 802.11g doesn't go as far as 802.11b, so it may work if the router has this facility. (All can be found under Wireless)
Have you tried telephoning BT or the ISP for documentation? It could be that the router came in a box without it. I haven't had any luck on the Internet finding doc's.0 -

My Buffalo Airstation wireless router has an option to reduce the wireless signal power down from 100% (but of course in my instance I would want to go the opposite way)!
The BT Broadband package is basically "computing for the ignorant" (and does that task pretty well, actually), so it wouldn't surprise me that they leave out the manual to reduce the number of support calls from people who say "I wonder what happens when I change this little option..."! I shall have to go into the router via the browser, but I was hoping to read up on matters first. I couldn't find a manual on the internet either, and I will ask my friend to ring up the BT Broadband Helpdesk to see if they can point me at one.
Thanks for your ideas!
