how ridiculous - a prize was won and foofighter was been completely generous and offering it to someone else. there are so many of us on here who would LOVE to take the kids to disney but cant afford to.
i was so touched that the prize was offered to everyone else.
well if that isnt money saving then i dont know what is!

Such a shame, I replied to your original thread as it was such a lovely gesture. It's such a loss, I have two young boys and I know my family and all the others on here would have loved something like this. In the current climate there aren't many of us who can afford trips like this and it really gives you a nice warm feeling when you see original posts like the Disney one, with people trying to help people they may have never even met.
I only logged on this morning to congratulate the winner. All disapointed now.

I have emailed the abuseteam, I am hoping i can get the thread restored quickly as whoever was going to win it would have to post the form today to reach them by friday, if they don't get it by friday then that is it and the prize goes to someone else (which is still good as it will get used, but i thought it was a great idea to offer it up to an mser first as I know there are so many people who this would be an amazing break because of the cost)

Bad descision IMHO

Unfortunately people would sign up just to get a chance like that, look how many people we had with 1-10 posts saying they had won big prizes from the comps ending lists, sites like this have serial lurkers who will sign up when the time is right and this would have been one of those opportunities.
