What do you want me to do? Stop posting? Ok fine.
KingL had it right about you, as examination of your previous posts will show. You just like stirring things up, and in the current circumstances are doing no good for anyone. So yes, please stop posting.

That's just your opinion, in my opinion you are a troll.
  • actually, the post that was linked to by sadabbott was made at 9.02am today (tuesday), with a link to his site warning of the dangers of iceland. It would seem he made his post minutes after withdrawals had been frozen, but I would say it was fair to be a "troll" and indeed was rational to advise others to pull out of a bank, when everybody else is. (Last night, when it became clear that everyone else was withdrawing, it was worth trying my luck and joining in - I had nothing to lose but 4/5 months interest as I try to reclaim my money)

I might come down just to throw stuff at you, troll-boy.

Come clean, KingL, you hate him because he's clued-up and worse still, he's Asian...

Ignore them, SadAbbot. You have a good insight, and you have every right to express it.

  • Forget protesting outside their embassy. If the Icelandic government defaults on its obligations to UK savers then we should seriously think about repossessing their country.

What a pile of crap. I had no idea what this was all about until I clicked through the links to see why you were being slagged off. I thought it was some private feud. Now I understand. You refer people to an article written by you with a comprehnsive and pessimistic analysis of the situation in Iceland and then post on here pretending you've got your life-savings tied up in Icesave?

What sort of ars*hole are you to sit there taking the p**s when people have potentially lost considerable sums of money?
  • Lyndhurst 25 - your post has made me laugh out loud. After a long day, you'll mean I go to bed with a smile on my face. Tomorrow is only a day away now... (see musical annie for details) Visions of repossesing a country are amusing. Though, reflecting momentarily now, that is basically exactly what all us withdrawing Icesavers have done.

Who on earth (or at least on this forum) knows the first thing about sadabbott's ethnic origins? I take it you're a buddy of his and so have a march on the rest of us?

I don't hate him, I'm just not keen on his endless stream of inflammatory new threads.

/now where did I put that race card?
