i need my money

Long story, but i have got (had??) money in icesave account, i can't get the !!!!er out of there to transfer to my current a/c, they are saying no money allowed out. I need the money now or i am without a car. Can i claim car hire charges off them because i can't buy a car with MY money???:mad:
