Aldi PC USB GRAPHICS TABLET

  • I've had one for some time (medion one)

they're amazing.. Wolverhampton had them in for months after they last got them in so probably has them in again..

As someone said about stafford road, brum - it's not the kinda area where they'd be popular!

The only thing that concerned me was that this one was listed as being TEVION and not MEDION as the one you bought; .. having said that its more than likely that the Medion one was merely a re-baddged Tevion model anyway...

I'll have a quick trip to one or two of the local stores and hope they still have one hanging around ..

Tevion/Medion.... Same man, different jumper.... ;D

Bought one on thursday, and the paperwork inside has Medion all over it, but the tablet is badged Tevion.

the important thing is that it's HUGE, works brilliantly, and comes bundled with some neat software. For £25 you can't go wrong.
All of this might just be an elaborate simulation running inside a little device, sitting on someone's table.
  • How much would it come to if someone could post one down to me?

Haven't got a convenient ALDI near me. :(

Bought one .. surprised at how big it is .. certainly value for money and as you say, works wonderfully well .. and has the MEDION label all over it..

Very impressed.. had quite a few left too .. oh, and about 3 of the Gericon £999 laptops .. was tempted to buy one but tjhink I'll hold out till I raise some more cash and go for a Sony Vaio ..

Anyone thinking of getting the Tablet it's *well* worth it .. do a lot of work in Photoshop, etc.. and the trials I've done have been very impressive.

Just back from my local Aldi (12 miles) and got a couple of these - one for me and one for a MSE.  There were a good number left.  It's a bit too far for me to pop down ther half a dozen times for people, but I will happily pick and post for folks on this basis.

    Tablet:  24.99
    Post £7.20 (Parcel) or £7.75 (1st)
My time / petrol / bank charges £5.

I know that's a bit mercenary, but I really can't afford to go on long unnecessary journeys.

BTW - for anyone in South Wales - the store is Cross Hands, Near Llanelli.
hehe.. when I was at home my local one was about 15 miles.. hereford.. bah..

there's a few not too far away here in manchester but being at uni I don't have very good transport..

we often go to the one in wolverhampton as it's between my boyfriend's mum's place and his grandma's so we stop on the way :)
  • Just bought one of these from Aldi, Nuneaton, A5 - loads in stock at the moment - bargain!
Also bought a wireless keyboard & mouse, using it now - very smart - £14.99 & two jetpac refill ink sets (for my Dell 720 for £10.00 (black £2.99 & colour £6.99.

I would suggest then that if you can't afford to do, don't offer. The following is a quote from Martin on the Argos Swap board, as you will read he is allowing it for this thread only!

    INSERT FROM MARTIN: SWAPPING

Im not particularly confortable with swapping on the site. However for this occassion and the nature of Argos i wil allow it. A few points

    1. Remember you have no way of knowing if someone will deliver the goods
    2. This site and me personally take no responsibility whatsoever for any swapping problems
    3. There is a no profiteering rule. This is a consumer help site not a profit making site. Swapping should be done on a non-profit basis. The cost of postage is fine - otherwise no profit.
    4. This isn't a site for sourcing cheap goods to flog on ebay. That just takes money out of consumers pockets. Remember the front page moto "we spend our lives being screwed by companies for profit, the site is about how to screw them back". It is not about how to screw other consumers
