I did the transaction out on Monday evening, appeared as transferred on statement Tuesday morning. Just phoned HSBC, no sign of it yet or even pending for over the weekend. She did say to phone up to 10pm this evening. I will do that.

Just to confirm, my £12.5k BACS transfer from Sunday has also arrived in my bank account

Got mine too - they are clearly using CHAPS for everyone, even though I requested it by BACS last Friday!!!

Is anyone going to send it back to ING? If not, where do you recommend. Don't we need about 6% gross interest to beat the current inflation? Help!!

I transferred by bacs tuesday about 0730 still not showing. Let's hope there's some good news for those of us who didn't move till tues onwards. I dare say we'll all be watching for posts to see when the first one comes through. I wonder if it's too late today now?
