Things are looking up. Take heart from the fact that payments are coming in. Yours and everyone elses will eventually come in. Dont forget that we are all covered by a cast iron guarantee from our FSA. ING is obviously working flat out. Even I am now relaxed, though mine has not come in!

Nothing showing for me this morning from a Bacs transfer 08/10 to Barclays.

There are such a significant number of us missing BACS that I feel hopeful we will be getting our payments as CHAPS later today. We were probably further down the queue and not dealt with in time to get in with the BACS payments.

To be fair to ING they did say by close of business Fri 17th.I am very calm and collected about this ever the optimist,but I have checked my bank acct already twice today but no joy of my Chaps request on Mon 6th @ 11am
this all sure has been a lesson to me

I know we've had a bit of a whinge, but I think the KE and ING call centre staff have had amazing patience. They have been very helpful and pleasant on the phone though they can't look up our individual accounts for some reason. They must be getting so many calls from worried customers. It would drive me nuts to do their job, especially those at KE who's jobs have gone.
