Maybe it depends when you opened your account as they heve different logins for accounts opened before May the somethingth, don't they? It really does look like what I've always seen when I log in.

The money is credited to your account on the day it arrives, not when it left the original one. No one on this forum has received any money since the collapse of KE. I would like to know where these people are that ING mention, who have received their cash. Wait and see what is on your statement tomorrow.

Been saving and scrimpning for years and this is what it's come to - necking bottles of cheap red wine and seeking solace on Martin Lewiss internet forum.

Is he another ING plant then? Because if so, he's managed to produce a screen shot that looks just like mine.I've got a printout that I took at the time and I've logged onto the KE site again to double check.
