Yes. It seems to have been backdated.

C'mon folks. How else did I get a CHAPS transfer out of Kaupthing on the 7th, showing up in my destination account ABOVE the 10th Oct entry if it isn't backdated.

Geez, I've got nothing to gain here by BS'ing. I've got my money. I've tried to prove it genuinely. I sincerely hope you all get your's very soon too. I'm sure you will.

Sorry, Mr Fixit1. It was a genuine question. If the transfer is backdated in the receiving account then this has a bearing on ING's comment about interest being honoured up to the date of transfer. Some of us may have linked accounts which don't pay interest, or only pay up to a low limit.

Anyway ..anyone got any money yet ? cause I haven't and I see that the latest update by ING says that some people have been receiving money?

Sorry I should have elaborated. Firfox doesn't display the menu headings on the kaupthing home page properly. The login and contact us links overlap. This started happening after the takeover and Internet Explorer does not suffer from this. ING have messed up the coding when updating the page.

I should have elaborated. I understood what you meant about the login page, firefox was meant to be a joke but my point was I can use the KE login without any problems to see all of my stuff but I get the same secure message garble you do.
