Lozzo, I hear and totally understand the logic in what you are saying. However, our funds are now in new accounts held by ING subsidised by the uk treasury. I have all but been refused a withdrawal of £250 from this new account. - If that is in fact for the reasons stated above, then I think we are in a whole lot more trouble than anyone is letting on - There is just no way a growing, solvent concern could ethicaly run an organisation this way............Surley??

If they are working through the backlog but using BACs from monday, the first deposits are likely to hit the linked accounts tomorrow at the earliest.

Presumably they used CHAPs for some payments to show that some payments are going through and then resorted to BACs.

An update wouldn't go amiss either on the FSCS or KE site though !
