Ordered 9150 with 17" on Friday @ £446 then saw code posted today so I rang India to complain. The lady there said no problem, we will refund £20 quid.

Also got 1% cashback on credit card and 5.5% on Quidco. (ex vat)

    Bargain me thinks.

If you bought over the weekend - then call India.

    Cheers HX.

Thought I would share that I have just ordered the 9150 without monitor (have to tephone them and go through hell to do this) for £320 inc VAT & Delivery.

As we are upgrading a current PC we did not want the monitor... very happy with a machine that spec for the price....

Thanks to the OP for pointing this deal out.

So the monitor was worth 107?
Id have thought you could more selling it and get the unit even cheaper than 320...

No monitor was £126.. thought about that, but as I only paid £80 for my Dell 15" new.. could not see me getting much more than that on ebay for the 17".. and the hassle that would go with it..

    was a tough choice...lol

This code expired yesterday. Please update the thread.
  • Looking at ordering one today. What is the 19" monitor like, i'm torn between the 19" value monitor or the 17" ultra sharp. With the 19" model you get a lot of extras for £150 memory, hard disk. This is the first pc iv'e bought for about 5 years so i need the lot. The old duron 800 just is'nt cutting it any more. Looks like a good deal the 5150 is no good for me as i want to put my dvd writter in it.
    Any help greatly recieved.
  • the ultra sharp has DVI input.

    the 19" doesnt,

There is a noticable difference between the 2, but if the PC does'nt have DVI out , ( ie onboard video) then it does matter.

The x300 and the x600 tho, do have DVI out.
  • Does anybody know what sort of times dell deliver?.I'am awaiting delivery of the 5150,i've checked the online delivery and the status of my package is (in Hub in coventry?).It says E.T.A courier will contact customer to arrange suitable delivery date. What i want to know is do they give you estimated time gaps for delivery like between 12pm-5pm or are they more specific?.

Anyone guess what time deliver - its like waiting for the gasman to turn up. Mine eventually came with TNT at 9.30 in the morning yesterday.

    Cheers Hx.

Did TNT give any choice for the date of delivery? I'm on holiday when they predict it will be ready so really need to delay a couple of days.
