  • I have just spoke to someone at kaupthing as I made a chaps withdrawal yesterday to my linked account and it has not arrived. He told me that it will be in my linked account by the end of today and at present the money is with their clearing Bank Nat West. He also said there is a back log at nat west due too so many withdrawals. I do hope he is telling me the truth.

It is v busy... You should get through if you hold (15-20 mins?)
  • I had to hold for 20 minutes before getting through.
It's better to beg forgiveness than ask permission.
  • I made BACS transfer of all my money from KE on saturday. When I checked today my KE balance is saying 'zero' but I still haven't received any funds in my current account. I hope I will get my money end of play today or tomorrow. I'm extremely worried about it now.
