The ones who are getting the "come to our attention" email - did you order loads of items under a fiver - so no cost?
I ordered over 15 items, all have got through, but I did pay on top for all of them.....
They firstly charged seperately for each item off my card for the first few, but have now added all 8 items together for my second part of order and put it through as one transaction on my card.
I have a funny feeling if you paid on top for the majority/all of your orders, you should be OK.
Or I might just be one of the lucky ones.
Either way, play.com have made over 70 quid off me........my idea was to buy the kids loads of DVDs for xmas, and any spare codes were used to buy more popular DVDs that I will flog on eBay to make up the cost of the kids ones!0 -
Just checked mine - 6 posted, 1 processing, 2 pre-ordered and one order placed. Initially, I thought I wouldn't get any so well pleased, if I only get the first 6. (On the 10 orders all of them were for 99p or above).
I am the only Voucher Queen in my village LOL

OH newly set up account is still 'processing' the order which had been 'posted' yesterday, no e-mail from them but money taken out of account.
VERY STRANGE!!!!!
Processing - Packing - Processing - Packing - Processing
...which is far more stages than it should have. Also, two my items have today changed to "Posted 1/12/05".0 -

My total order was £207 no free items and have all of mine cancelled except one so that isn't the case.0 -

This is getting daft now.
Two of my items which had gone back to packing for 2nd time are now back to processing....for 3rd time.

Well i have used a few codes and bought two things on 3 accounts and used the £5 off voucher one of which was free and everything bar one item in coming up as sent. Checked my bank online and they've charged my card....so looking good for me...Envy is the most stupid of vices, for there is no single advantage to be gained from it.:A0
