Play £5 vouchers updates

Mines says credit card has been declined, so can't access my history. It said the same thing yesterday before I left work but at night I was able to view all my cancelled/ processing orders. I got 1 e-mail to say one item has been posted but obviously can't check status. This was the second item I ordered so rather randome. Am I the only person getting this message? :-(

I used my own code, and 3 universal ones, and all 4 of my orders have been shipped! My card has been charged the discounted amount too!

(doesn't work again on a diff a/c)

Just had e-mails from PLAY.

(1) A £7.99 DVD with a £5 GENUINE OWN VOUCHER discount to £2.99 has been posted.

(2) A £10.99 DVD with a £5 VOUCHER FROM THIS THREAD discount to £5.99 has been posted!!!!!!!!!

(3) A £8.99 DVD with a £5 VOUCHER FROM THIS THREAD discount to £3.99 has also been posted!!!!!!!!!!!!

(4) A £7.99 DVD ordered without a voucher has also been posted.

(1) was ordered on Monday. (2) to (4) were ordered Wednesday and have been accepted.

No bans or anything and all ordered on the same account.

Thise who have been banned by PLAY must have taken the "wee-wee" and ordered using (much?) more than 2 iffy vouchers.

I ordered 2cds, 1 dvd and an airzooka all using genuine codes - posted yesterday. And then a cd and 2 annuals using vouchers off here ( thanks OP and Helen!) all of which have gone to posted. Strange thing is, the last thing I ordered was an annual for my little girl which was showing up as waiting for stock and still is, but on my account it says posted. Ah well so long as I get it. Had a bargain Christmas Presie spend this year thanks to this site and eBay!

My debit card was rejected. Apparently the address didnt match, which is odd because I've not had this problem on any other online site. The email stated that the address must be entered exactly as shown on my statements, so I've reentered it, but no luck so far.

The order is still there, with the discount.
