To be fair to Pepipoo, when you're up against highway robbery, the enforcers should at least do their own jobs correctly if they want to take your money from you.:D0

Put the black eye-mask on the right way up you mean?!

The speed limits were put there when we had drum brakes front and rear and tyre technologies were poor etc, so the motorway and some other limits should be reassessed...
That would be reasonable if everyone drove new cars. However, it is still quite legal to drive a Ford Anglia up the M1.
If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.0 -
And not forgetting drum brakes are actually nearly as effective as disc brakes if well maintained, but do take quite a bit of regular maintenance to keep them at their peak.0

Depends if you subscribe to the Pepipoo nonsense. That's just finding loopholes and ways around the fact that the law has been broken and they dont want to pay up!
Disclaimer ~ Not in all cases im sure...
What rubbish. There is no such thing as a loophole, and you cannot suggest that any laws have been broken before a person has been found guilty in a court of law. If the prosecuting authorities cannot do their job correctly, then the person charged must be innocent.
I know this for a fact since I used Pepipoo's advice to contend 2 parking tickets. No doubt you'd suggest I broke the law, but since the councils had marked out completely unlawful parking bays, I had not in fact broken any laws.

Did you not see my disclaimer

Yes I saw that. I also saw 'loopholes' which don't exist, and huge flaws in your rather silly statement.0

So you're telling me that every person that visits Pepipoo has a legitimate claim, and is not just looking to avoid paying a fine or getting points? They are the ones searching for the loopholes. Some people just need to own up to the fact they were speeding, and caught doing it, not trying to see if the cop who caught them should have been on a tea-break so shouldn't have been working thus the ticket is invalid!?
Im saying its the people that look for loopholes, not Pepipoo.:A Luke 6:38 :AThe above post is either from personal experience or is my opinion based on the person God has made me and the way I understand things.
