do you have to get an invite to get the 1000 points on a christmas night? or is just everyone shopping spending over £50 getting 1000 points?
any one who goes along gets the extra points with the £50 spend. You dont have to show anything to get into store if thats what you were worried about.
:j this money saving is such fun:T

A thought occurred to me after todays Bootsing,
You could buy 3 x No7 Mens products at £6.50 each (342) which would get you the GWP then use a till spit and a glossy £5 off No7 to get them for £3. Then buy Davidoff Wave using a glossy and tillspit making that 50p and then 4x Mitchum deo' with 4 x coupons to make your total £4.50, then the mirror mints at 75p in Meadowhall making £5.25, a new till spit and £61 of products for just over £5.00.
If you then open the GWP and pull out the 250 points when you buy No7 for Men and do the whole routine again, you'll get the second lot with £2.50 back in points, therefore costing 50p for all the No7.

Obsessing about remortgaging and interest rates all day, every day:)

  • Hi

I went and did my first pinky outing of my life!!

I got the no7 brush foundation with a pinky and a 500 points coupon (thanks Linda) and paid £5.50 (SA wouldnt let me use the 300 point coupon aswell)

Next i got the No7 breast cancer face powder compact for 25p after using a pinky.

Then i got a No7 breast cancer lip gloss for free with the pinky (thought afterwards that i could have got 3 lipglosses on 3 4 2 and only paid £1.50! :()

So spent £5.75 and got 500 points - not bad (for me) for my first pinky outing.

Couldnt find any FCUK weekender bags.

    xx

P.S. Would you be able to take the brush foundation back stating that it was too dark? Would you be able to get money back or would you have to give voucher and points back???

Not been Bootsing for ages as my nearest advantage point store is twenty miles away but just catching up on potential glitches before a daytrip tomorrow and wondered if someone could expalin what "pinkies" are and how they work?
  • Pinkies are vouchers that you get when you spend £5 or more. The voucher is called a pinky because it is pink. The voucher is for £5 off any No7 or Ruby and Millie product.

Also does anyone know if I can do this:

    Get
Time delay wipes £3.99 (is it that price? Can't remember :rotfl: )

then use 300pts wyb time delay from the mailing and 100pts acm voucher?

    Thus getting 400pts back?
    ;)

Great idea. If anyone tries it first please don't forget to say here

Hi everyone, the estee lauder double wear was recommened to me and its great, i used to use no7 but it use to come off during the day, the estee lauder one stays on all day until i take it off. Its worth the extra money too and the bottle last longer too. I got the s&g gwp today its fab. I went to boots yesterday and got some baby milk for my brothers gf and didnt' realise you don't get pinkies with them, so i asked the sa if i don't get one and a women next to me at the tills said is this the voucher you mean and that i could have her voucher, it was really nice of her and i thanked her lots.

    Hi Folks

Throwing my hat into the foundation ring, I can also recommend Estee Lauder Double Wear - but I buy the Double Wear Light formulation which they brought out earlier this year - it's in a tube rather than the glass bottle, and it's much lighter in texture than the original version, but has the same staying power. That being said, it is still quite a heavy texture if you're not used to it, but it gives a good coverage, and doesn't slide off your face at all.

    HTH.
