Boots Grabbit Bargains Part 40 - Post your finds here

I'm not really sure why you think this is some major thing that will make Boots clamp down, but it doesn't seem that way to me. It seems very minor and not cheeky at all. I can't even imagine this being hard for someone who gets flustered easily, as it doesn't require asking the SA to delete an item if you can't get a deal, it just requires saying "OK" if the SA won't take it. This is perhaps one of the most minor, low-key glitches you'll see someone mention or try on here, and anyone who can't take it probably doesn't do glitches at all, so it won't matter to them.
I won't try this as I simply never spend more than 5 or 10 quid at a go, but I wouldn't dream of chastising those who do want to try it. Go on girls (and guys), get your points if you can!
Some people will read the terms and conditions of all the vouchers the are given and stick to them, and there's nothing wrong with that. So in this case they wont use any of the recent mailing vouchers on an xmas evening.
Others, such as myself:D , analyse their vouchers and plan with military precision the way in which they are going to use them to get the best possible deal- and pay no attention to the T&C's in doing so;) I will always use as many vouchers as i am comfortable using, and always politely ask the SA to try and scan them to see which will be accepted. I also never pin my hopes on my planned combination of vouchers working, because i have found that to be the easiest and quickest way to get annoyed and disillusioned with bootsing.
You have to do whatever you are comfortable with when it comes to bootsing, because its you thats going to be at the till handing over those vouchers or trying to disguise a glitch. What anyone else does doesn't really matter. But, as Skibster says why chastise anyone who choses to do things differently from you.:starmod:C'est la vie:starmod:0 -
Not sure whether this has been already posted, but in Staines yesterday they had the mens inserts that have been in some of the HB magazines on a shelf, good if anyone hasn't been able to find a mag with the insert.

Lol i didn't like the scratchcard idea either. I know I'd always be tempted to up my spend to get one, and yet have no guarantee of getting anything extra in return. And that's just plain bad bootsing:starmod:C'est la vie:starmod:0 -

(Not that they need much help lol). Im looking forward to the UG glitch havent found them in stock YET. Got the mens FCUK weekender bag the other day half price yay. Still have over £150 in points even tho I bought my DD 2 Benefit items the other day that came to £40.50. The SA asked if they were for a gift, I said yes, xmas, so she duly wrapped them up in the Benefit gift box tissue paper and all. Yay
Welcome to the boots board mollieddee :hello: I never realised that Benefit would wrap up your purchases so thanks for that hun. x:starmod:C'est la vie:starmod:0 -

Guys I bought an Oral B 8000 Toothbrush today using the £5 electrical voucher. Just opened it and the charger has a 2 pronged thing that looks like it would go in a shaver unit rather than a proper 3 pin plug. I see a few of you have also bought toothbrushes whilst on this offer, are yours the same? How am I supposed to charge this? Am I being thick or do I need to take this back as I can't see how I can charge it for use?
(Sorry for being slightly off topic.)

Most stores will issue a 'pinky' when you spend £5. Self service tills, and some other (usually smaller i think) stores don't give you the pink voucher, but rather a "till spit" which spouts out of the till along with your receipt. HTH:starmod:C'est la vie:starmod:0
