And because of the drink!!! I danced with a young bloke and hang's head in shame.... I gave him my number.....So not a good idea as he has already called me and texted!!!!!! I have ignored both though as I didn't fancy him..... bit to thin for me!! lol anyway I had a great time do October is so far a great month!!!

 Hi Luc, glad you're doing well, sympathy for your hubby though, ouch! You're knitting - do you know the flavour of your bean? Is it a secret? :D
i seem to be swimming 3 times a week at the moment... which is a lot, if i think about it! wow!

Generally i take Erin swimming on a sunday and we manage a bit of swimming at that session but mostly it is just for fun.... (she also has a lesson on a saturday am - so she goes twice a week, which is good for her to see fitness as the norm, unlike my childhood...)

i currently have my lessons on thursday nights which are finishing this week... thru choice on my part as i've learned so much i feel i can do the rest alone....

and i have 1 early morning swim when mum sees Erin to school for me....

I try to run at least twice a week, once with running club and once with runchum or more often alone. (if i do a 3rd run i am astounded!)

I appear to do rather a lot, but none of it particularly well... i really don't think i should be 16 stone should i???!!
Good god you're busy - didn't realise it was lessons, well done you! :T well weight and fitness aren't mutually exclusive, I'd rather be healthy with a few extra pounds, than unable to run for a bus but thin as a rake. Currently am neither!!! I have at least 2 stone to lose  It's so easy to let another week and then month go by without starting anything. But when you're doing it it's easy to keep going, IYSWIM. I think so anyway.
  • Jet is danced a euphemism for anything else?
