This is T-Mobile's reply when I asked about plans for the N85. Quite amusing!
Thanks for your email, asking me if we've any plans to offer the new Nokia N85 on contract. I'll surely advise you about this.

The particular model you're after isn't currently available in our range of phones. And I can't tell you right now, if it'll be released by us in the future...

Thanks again for taking the time to email me Nick, I'm sure that the new Nokia N85 phone will be available with us soon

Confirmed Operators are Vodafone (UK) , Three. O2 have dropped out due to them putting all their cash into the iPhone. They're not taking up any new N Series Nokias. 96 '85 or the 79, and stopped stocking the '82 as well.

T-Mobile are not stocking the phone at the moment.

Orange WILL be stocking the phone, although it's expected to be with them in December, if not New Year.

Keep your eye on Vodafone and Three, as they'll have it first.

Expect to get it for free on £35 18 month contracts, or £40/£45 on 12 month contracts.

The phone is around £350 Sim Free. Although, this won't really be available to buy from networks till the new year. Only independent stockists.

Erm? Vodafone (UK) Don't stock the iPhone, so why would they not stock N Series phones for pouring money into it?

Also, they do stock the N96..

Sorry - we never established how many due to my shopping needs! :p

'We' said no. Will wait to see if Orange can do a deal when they get it.
I try to help... ;)I'm not helping much, am I? (<==where's he gone?)

    I'd wait for a proper reply... I know I should! :D
