The ones I had emailed to me had to be used before 2 Dec....

So... erm, where are all these universal codes coming from? I'd love to use one (some ;)) but don't really want any hassle from Play (they've always been so good to me :))

Each of the codes listed were sent to one individual so can be traced to that specific email address so there are not universal. They are just not one-time use codes.

The email said "Your unique voucher code", "Only one voucher per applicant" and "Play.com reserves the right to refuse any voucher application or voucher redemption if there is any suspicion of fraud or malredemption"

So any orders placed using any of the codes posted are being used fraudently or malredemption and Play can cancel them.

I don't know how they would go about claiming the money back from people that receive orders, but since you are acting fraudently they could claim back the full costs including you having to pay the return postage if you sent the item back, since you are breaking the law.

PS. I'm just too chicken to use any of the codes posted for fear of getting busted!
If you get to thinkin' you're a person of some influence, try orderin' someone else's dog around!

Wouldnt those codes have gone out of date then? Even though they might go through they could get refused maybe or you might get charged full price... still might risk it though :)
    Thanx

codes will go out of date midnite tomorrow nite - 2nd decemeber. So, you have until then to get your orders in.

I will check my one later to see if it has changed to packaging (did i spell that right  my brains not working right now ... it's on hunt bargain, hunt bargain mode:D ) and/or shipped, them may try another one.

I am almost sure that someone I used to work with got a job there a few years back, wonder if she still works there. Anyone know where their distribution/warehouses are
I can say whatever I like here ... 'cos no one can see me .. ner ner ner ner ner !!!....

How do you know I ain't sitting here butt naked?!?!

I thunk I've made you think for a minute!

They are soooooo definitely going to clock on to all the sub £5 purchases, there is no chance that they'll be able to fulfill all this requests without going bust!

I think they've caught on to all this as i bought a few things yesterday and they were at the status of packed this morning but they've changed to processing again...don't think some people will get their stuff...

That is the correct process. They return to the processing stage before they get posted.
