This is exactly why I don't shop with Tesco. The staff are so rude! If it werent for customers they wouldn't have a job so they ought to buck up their ideas and be nice (or even polite would be a step in the right direction!!!!). I was repeatedly appalled by the staff at my local Tesco. Shopping should not make me livid with rage. My Sainsburys delivery man is v charming and always has a laugh - always asks after my kids and seems to be enjoying his job. I'm not sure why people think Sainsburys is more expensive - I spend the same there as I did in Tesco, buying the same stuff. Defo worth a try - and I signed up for Nectar so I get reward points too. Clubcard is good, but not worth giving Tesco the custom
ive found sainsburys to be the cheapest if i do the shopping on mysupermarket.com, sainsburys is always cheaper than tesco, asda, ocado, but then its down to what i buy0 -

I always find Tesco.com really good, never let me down. May well have been or one off of perhaps my local tesco do a particularly good job !0

Hello from a Tesco.com driver.
Us drivers at Tesco.com try to do a really good job, and it upsets us to hear that the backroom and picking staff sometimes get it wrong, or times when our vehicles develop problems which we as drivers report to management, but does not seem to get fixed.
I certainly telephone the customer if I indeed am going to be early or late, and I bend over backwards to help customers. I am saddened and deeply sorry to those who have had bad experiences, please be assured that us drivers do our level best to help, even if other staff don't.0
