Someone posted a really good lemonade recipe earlier on this year, but I can't remember who to acknowlwdge them!

fill your blender jug 3/4 full of cold water, add sugar to taste & a lemon (you don't even have to chop it up). Whizz. Strain to get the nasty bits out. The precise quantities are a bit hit & miss, sometimes you might need a bit more water or more sugar. Depends on the lemon really.

Look under "drinks" in the Cooking section of the MEGA Index and you'll find more info on soft drinks, lemonade and cordials.

    Hi Prudent,
    How about this?
    Ingredients
    ½ lemon, juice only
    2 tsp icing sugar, sifted
    ¾ glass water
    3 mint leaves
    ice cubes, for serving

Just mix it all together. This is for still lemonade.
    Hope that's helpful.

I don't suppose the 'reduced to clear' corriander would replace the mint?

I simply hadn't thought of that. DD loves lemon curd too. I will make some tomorrow or Wednesday. Many thanks for the suggestion.

Most home-made lemonade is made with still water, but here's an easy one which is fizzy -
