Try putting your SOA into the SOA calculator - it should hopefully make things a little clearer.

If you are paying arrears for anything, list that as a seperate entry

Have you had defaults, CCJ's or late payments?

    Loan 10k: £0 ¦ Dad 5.5k: £2,270 ¦ LTSB: £0 ¦ RBS: £0 ¦ Virgin £0 ¦ Egg £0

  • Sorry Em, I'm getting all confused now

right so, this is your income and outgoings:

    Wages £1,415.00

    Rent £106.00
    Tv Licence £11.00
    Council Tax £280.00
    Gas £91.50
    Electric £100.00
    Water Essex & suffolk £25.00
    Water Waste Angleia £25.00
    Petro l£160.00
    Car Tax / main £30.00
    Car Insurance £28.00
    Credit Card £50.00
    Phone bil l£100.00
    DMP £80.00
    BT £12.50
    Total £1099

this leaves a surplus of £316

Now, can you tell me if any of the above outgoings are included in the DMP?, I presume there are some council tax/utility arrears in here?

Also, I see you already owe your dad £200, plus now your sister £500, your friends for the laptops (how much is this?) and your dad another £2k is this right?

Are there any other debts that you are paying that are not included in the DMP and if so what are they and how much per month? also, who is your DMP arranged with?

I pay the DMP 80 per month (named Debts)
I pay my dad 200 per month for the 2000 he lent me

The laptops are 300 each so this adds to 900

    My sister 500

I pay the creditcard still as this is what my boyfriend lent me.

The bills are high yes because of the arreas.
I dont pay any thing else

Have you contacted your DMP to see what they are saying about Quick Quid? They have no right taking an unathorised payment from you.

How long have you got to pay the arrears on your bills for? xx
