Can you claim anything back in bank or credit card charges?
It may be worth a shot.
I think the only way forward is to come clean with your family that the bank has basically taken the money from your account and that this was totally unexpected and you are trying to find ways to sort it out. Now is there any chance you can negotiate any overdraft facility from your bank?
Good luck I know this is a really difficult time for you but its also a strating point to get yourself on track.
Try to stop panicking, have that brew, and collectively we'll come up with a plan to manage this difficult situation.DFW Nerd 267. DEBT FREE 11.06.08

Ok, despite QQ taking this money, with the fact that your Dad has lent you money and your sister, obviously means that you are not managing your budget or DMP very well so we need to look at this long term.
In the meantime you need to explain to your dad and sister about what has happened this month and until you get this sorted you won't be able to pay them back, if you don't have the money, you can't pay them back just yet so please don't panic too much over that.
Can you post up who your DMP is with and what amount you are paying into your DMP each month? then we can see how we can help you manage your budget more carefully.
Well done for cancelling the credit card, but why are you still using a credit card when you are on a DMP? (or is this a debit card???) you need to get a handle on this now as you are amassing numerous more little debts (to your dad, sister and now work colleagues) and this is spiralling out of control, take a deep breath and post up your budget so we can see what surplus you have each month (on top of your DMP) to help you manage betterAug GC £63.23/£200, Total Savings £00

Do you have anything that you can ebay, this can be a way to raise funds fairly quickly.
You can do 1 day listings and request people pay you via postal order.
Have you asked the bank or have they already said no re an overdraft, it may be worth a shot but watch they don't try and flog you a loan which is what they like to do.:mad:DFW Nerd 267. DEBT FREE 11.06.08

I pay DMP 80 per month.
The credit card I pay is my boyfriends. He lent it to me to pay off my car. He cant afford to pay that so I must keep paying it. I cant let my dad down again. He cant even put my mums car on the road because of me.
 What am I going to tell my friends about the laptops?:hello: 2006 = over £150002009 = £6000Target2011 = £0:j0

Yes I have asked the bank and they cant "lend" money on my type of account:hello: 2006 = over £150002009 = £6000Target2011 = £0:j0

Also the credit card is not in my name my boyfriend lent it to me to pay off my car that was on finace
In that case QQ are well out of order as they have used someone elses CC to pay off your debt which is illegal, you need to contact your DMP provider now to sort this outAug GC £63.23/£200, Total Savings £00
