Well just to update....

My mother has been trying to talk to someone about the huge difference in price between my photos and my sisters for almost a week now and is constantly either put on hold then hung up on, just hung up on or promised a call back and no-one ever getting in touch.

I wasn't going to complain to them but because they've been so unprofessional I rang them earlier and couldn't believe what I was hearing. Firstly they tried telling me it wasn't illegal to discuss my account with my mother because she was " my mum ". Then they said she already knew and had all the details, then that she asked so they told her, then that they had to tell her to make a comparison?!

I told them that at no point did I ever give my permission for them to discuss my account so wanted to speak to a manager to which I was told I can't, then that they were in a meeting. I asked them to get her to ring me back when she was free but they then said she was out of the office for 3 days?!

I managed to get her email address ( apparently she doesn't have a phone number ) so have sent her a nice email.

I'm not normally one to complain but I can't get over how unprofessional, rude and arrogant the staff I have dealt with are!

I have looked the company up on the internet and there are just pages and pages of complaints about them.
