Hey there,

Arrrghh I'm confused, I read the info that came but I'm still confused! I have to post a letter before 5.15 today, which I forgot about until just now, phew.. I have to post a small white envelope, not back to RMS but somewhere else.. and it says add SMART, so do I add that into the small white envelope as well? All the silver envelopes that say return SMARTs are addressed back to RMS :S

I hope you understand that? If not I shall send them an e-mail and explain. Thank you for the help in advance

Put in the white envelope ie the one that has the address the same as on your posting schedule - on second glance at your question - have you actually goty a Smart to send - should have 4 letters on it . The silver envelopes are only for when RI ask you to send a smart back to them

all arrived today + free stamps . only thing was my address was missing a bit , cound'nt find on there site log in, how to change this , so sent e-mail for help . well done postie for finding me out of 4 (blocks in line ) with same number flat in them .(you need the block number ) he knew this was a survey !!! as lose most me normal mail .lol

The 12 extra stamps are for an extra posting along with your regular this months stamps are in envelope for w/c 2nd feb i think which you will probably receive between now and next weekend

The reason you and others only got 12 stamps is you all got an extra item to post I got the same this morning. I think that is the 3rd time I have had this.

Yes - did you get an additional 'posting schedule' with the pack with just one item to post on it? For the same week you already had a schedule for? They seem to forget to add some on sometimes and send you them separately with 12 stamps as a 'sorry for the inconvenience' type thing I think!

Everything that was supposed to be in the pack was there. on opening the second envelope from RI was my normal posting schedule for week commencing 26 Jan 2008.
