You dont put the big brown envelopes with your posting schedule in as received - only letters you get from other panellists- it will start making sense soon!

Anything with your Test Initials on the address should be logged as received. Anything addressed to you normally (as your posting packs from the survey will be) do not get logged as received items.

Obviously this won't make much sense or help for all those who chose the same initials to go on their survey items!
  • I have just joined, and they said my pack will be sent to me...

hope its not to confusing ..lol..

so if i have understand this right you get 12 large letter stamps and 4 large envelops per month for doing this ? so you can keep and use yourself?

And yes, you get to keep these and use them as you wish!
  • I've never sent the big envelopes back are we supposed to? I've always used them myself.
    Is that what you meant?

    :confused:This is getting really confusing

You get a big brown envelope in the post addressed to you with

Small grey envelope addressed to Kantar (plastic) for returning SMARTS if required
Large white envelope addressed to Kantar for returning the items that you receive each week (minus any paper packaging making the items bulky)

I pack of 12 1st class stamps 1 pack of large 1st class stamps every months as a reward for taking part in the mailing research

Information labels - for sticking onto envelopes if instructed to do so and for sticking onto the pieces of paper which is inside the other envelopes in your pack

A Posting Schedule which will have details of

the address to which the envelops should be sent/

type of envelope/postage is already on the envelope/

date and time the items should be posted

if Post office or Post Box should be used

whether a SMART should be enclosed

List of Post Boxes which you have nominated

Hope this makes things a bit clearer :D

Hi, I've got an item to post tomorrow and the posting type on the schedule is "response services" there is no envolope provided and on the posting schedule there is nothing in the space where the envelope type and address type is usually filled in.although there is an address on the sheet. Does anyone have any ideas as to what they might want me to do.
Thanks to all competiton posters, This really is the best ever hobby :j

You should have an envelope but it might be printed and a freepost address.
    Just needs posting as normal

If you haven't got the envelope i'd phone them tomorrow .

Would help if you explained a little bit more about the big envelopes you mean!

The big brown envelopes that all your posting stuff comes in week? No, don't send this back.

The big plastic envelope addressed to Kantar? Yes, these need sending back each week, filled will all the received items which you should have logged on the website.

A big envelope with your test initials on? Yes, this would need sending back in the big plastic envelope at the end of the week as above...

Or some other kind of envelope...?
