  • I clicked on this link, filled in survey, but when I filled my details they asked me to select a reference code that may be on the promotional leaflet (which I don't have) or in my email they sent. How could they have sent me an email when I just filled the form in? I checked my email just to see, but there was no email in there. Where am I to get the code

I've tried to post my letters at 10am yesterday I put them in the post box and walked away. I heard a noise and they had come back out again - the post box was full. I went into the post office and told them - they said there was nothing they could do but there would be a collection in about 1/2 an hour!
There is a post box near me (one of my registered boxes) that doesn't get emptied on a regular basis, I have informed Royal Mail of the situation and they just said '' if it is full, don't use it.''

No you're not a vegetarian if you eat any animal or fish, so do not insult genuine veggies by calling yourself one!

I had a post box near me not emptied for over 4 weeks in the summer. Got a call from Kantar and they were checking that I had posted at the correct times. They were as horrified and shocked as I was. The box is outside an Old Peoples Home and seems a shame if someone had posted a birthday card or letter to some of their families and they would not get it for several weeks.

 4 weeks!!! that's awful!! if people had posted cheques for bills etc they could end up being liable for charges for late payments. I think it proves why RM need us to do this survey!!!
