Hello, bit of a newbie here...
I signed up to this three weeks ago, recieved a pack two weeks ago and sent the things off last week on the specified date...was just wondering if there is any way of knowing when I will be sent the next one?

If you sign into the website and go to the posting information section it'll tell you the current and you can see nextweeks info as well.

Just had a phone call from the survey team asking various questions about availability to receive mail, and whether there are any access problems to my address etc etc.. wonder if they are doing the rounds and ringing people in general?

I had a similar call last week, the guy said it was because Royal Mail had asked them to contact people in certain areas where there have been periods of mail taking longer than usual.

Ah, thanks for that... kinda makes sense too! Very friendly and helpful, it's quite nice to have a little human touch to it all sometimes too!
