Why should there be - you are also a customer. Anyway as I remember I don't think they ask you about employment so go for it. I won't have to buy any stamps for the Christmas cards this year so has been well worthwhile.

I can't imagine there would be but it asks if any of your friends work for RM and I'm still in touch with my ex-colleagues....they need never know i guess.

I'm away from home ten weeks per year aswell so still dont know if I'm eligible. Might email them and find out.

The new sign up system asks if you work for Royal Mail or closely connected with someone who is, but as your not now. should not be an issue.
No you're not a vegetarian if you eat any animal or fish, so do not insult genuine veggies by calling yourself one!

Perhaps if he still is in contact with someone from there, he might not be in contact with anyone. worth signing up and seeing if they accept u then u will no.

I joined a couple of weeks ago, received my training pack and only then did I realise that I would need to post from a general post office which is the other side of my town with no parking facilities. E-mailed them saying I no longer wanted to participate. They acknowledged my e-mail, said I should return the stamps etc. and then 2 hours later, e-mailed me saying I had been dropped but that I could keep the stamps. I hope they are more efficient at relaying the survey results to the Royal Mail than they are at keeping up to date with who has resigned!

I think the e-mail is probably a further acknowledgment of the fact that you resigned which was automatically generated when they terminated your contract?
