This happened to me last week. When it asks if you have placed the smart in the envelope and you say no it then becomes a non smart item. A few days later this particular SMART came with a letter from Kantar to say it would be showing in my stock but obviously it had been added to my smart stock before I had received it. It never showed up again so I was asked to return it.
I too thought I must have mislaid it!!

Got my posting pack for w/c 6/7/09 today with my monthly incentive and the presentation pack as well.

Also got another envelope with an extra item to post the same week and another 12 1st class stamps.

Got my monthly stamps and a presentation pack (Pioneers of the Industrial Revolution) but as I'm off on holiday soon, so have booked the time off the survey, they came in a plain white envelope.
